Box Palletizing System

Intelligent robotic palletizing that optimizes warehouse space and reduces labor costs.
The Box Palletizing System picks up bagged and boxed product straight from an Ecronic packing line and stacks it into stable, space-efficient pallet patterns, cutting manual stacking labor and the injury risk that comes with it. Because it sits downstream of your packing equipment, the palletizing stage is synchronized to the same pace and PLC architecture as the machines feeding it, so product moves from filling straight through to a shippable pallet without manual handoffs. Stacking pattern, pallet size, and integration point are specified during the same site survey used for the rest of your packaging line, and palletizing hardware is sourced and confirmed for your specific product and throughput once that scope is set.
OUR JOURNEY

Synced to upstream packing line

CORE COMPONENTS

Automated layer & pallet stacking

Key Features

Automated Layer Formation

Bags or boxes are grouped and oriented into consistent layers before stacking, so every pallet builds up the same way, run after run.

Configurable Stacking Patterns

Pattern and pallet size are set to your product footprint and warehouse racking, not a fixed one-size-fits-all layout.

Seamless Line Integration

Palletizing picks up directly from your packing line's output, already synced to ZDJ-1800-I secondary bagging where that stage is in use.

Reduced Manual Handling

Automating the stacking stage removes one of the most repetitive-strain-heavy tasks on a packing floor from manual labor.

Consistent Pallet Stability

Uniform layer stacking keeps pallets square and stable through transport, reducing shifted loads and damaged product.

PLC-Synchronized with Packing Line

Palletizing pace is tied to the same PLC architecture as the upstream packing equipment, so the line runs as one sequence, not two.
